Perfect experience if you are a nature lover, a curious person and a glutton.

Rocco cultivates a passion for nature and bees, aiming not only to present an excellent product, but to convey a love for nature and the world of beekeeping, with respect to a profession like beekeeping, which is unfortunately disappearing nowadays.

The experience takes place at the Wonder Bee & Bee integrated apiary, a project that combines innovation, sustainability and slow tourism with the world of beekeeping and bee therapy. Here we will find 9 hives with about 1 million bees. This will be the space where Rocco will tell you about the magical world of bees and how they fit perfectly within the territory.

After this we will move to the laboratory, in the heart of the historic center of Grottole, where you will be shown the products of beekeeping. The tour will end with a small tasting of organic honey.
In case guests do not want to interact with the hive, they will be able to watch the beekeeper from a safe distance.

Other things to keep in mind

Guests will need to know if they are allergic to bees or intolerant to honey. We will ask them to sign a waiver. In case of walking problems we will define the most suitable route for you.
