Nisio is the last potter in Grottole who preserves the memory of the ancient tradition of Grottole pottery. In his small workshop you can touch and shape clay on the potter’s wheel and together with him make small artifacts of the Grottola tradition. Nisio is a nationally and internationally renowned artist and will be able to pass on to you his knowledge and secrets of Grottole pottery at its best.
